You are allowed:
Hand Luggage: 1 piece, up to 7kg with a VALUE ticket, or 10kg with a STANDARD or FLEXIBLE ticket
Checked Baggage: Please refer to your ticket type (VALUE comes with 0kg, STANDARD with 15kg, FLEXIBLE with 23kg), with the option to purchase additional allowance
For the safety of all passengers, certain items are not allowed on board. Please review the list of prohibited items on our website when completing your booking.
We offer several convenient ways to check in for your flight:
Online Check-In: Available from 48 hours up to 3 hours before departure (not available currently between Humberside-Aberdeen or Teesside-Aberdeen and vice-versa)
Airport Check-In: Opens 90 minutes before departure, except London Gatwick which opens 2 hours prior). Closes 30 minutes before departure, except London Gatwick which closes 45 minutes before departure.
To ensure a quick and efficient security screening process, please:
Pack liquids, aerosols, and gels in containers of 100ml or less
Place these items in a clear, resealable plastic bag
Remove laptops and large electronic devices from your hand luggage
If you require special assistance, please inform us at least 48 hours before your flight. We are committed to making travel comfortable for all our passengers.
We offer family-friendly services to make travelling with children easier, and assistance with strollers and car seats.
Eastern Airways allows guide/assistance dogs for travel, no domestic pets. Please contact our Customer Support team for more information and to make arrangements.
