INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS

The information desk is located in the arrivals are of the main terminal building. The Eastern Airways check-in desk is located in the main check-in hall, operated by Menzies.

AIRPORT FACILITIES

Eating and Drinking - Cafes, restaurants and coffee shops are located in the check-in hall and the departure lounge.

Shopping - A range of shops offer a selection of goods and gifts within the airport.

CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES

The executive lounge provides seating for up to 56 passengers and offers a range of exclusive services including dedicated uniformed lounge staff, a bar area, newspapers and magazines, television and flight information screens and business facilities including writing desks, internet access, telephone and fax. There are several internet stations within the terminal building, all clearly marked.

CAR HIRE

Enterprise, Europcar, National and Hertz desks are conveniently situated in the arrivals area of the terminal building.  Special discounted rates with Europcar are available to all Eastern Airways passengers by clicking the image below

East Midlands Airport offers a range of parking options, including car parks within walking distance of the terminal.  All car parks are on site and are served by a regular bus service to the terminal building.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Nottingham, take the A52 westbound joining the M1 J25 southbound, continue southbound coming off at J24, follow road signs to the airport.

NEW! A new pre-bookable shared taxi scheme operated by Village Cars provides a fast and direct connection between the station and the airport. The journey between the station and airport takes approximately 10 minutes.
