When I flew to the IOM it was in the middle of TT week, a time I'm sure that can test even the most patient of people, Jayne was her usual professional self and still willing to do whatever she could to ensure all the passengers' needs were met. Even if at times the weather is less than accommodating. Working away is a trial in itself but travelling with Eastern has made the journeys more bearable.
